Bluebell Blur, KIngley Vale

Nestled at the foot of Kingley Vale in rural West Sussex lie some of the finest bluebell woods in the United Kingdom. As the beech canopy starts to open it reveals vibrant, fresh greens which are the perfect foil for the mellow purple haze of fragrant bluebells below. The accompaniment of woodland birdsong completes this quintessentially English scene.

For this interpretation of the scene lipstick was smeared onto a clear filter to try and bring a softer, more dreamlike effect.
